Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantee Act and the Fair Trading Act, no refunds are offered on returned goods; only store credit can be applied. Goods may only be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Terms of Trade

Payment: All invoices require immediate payment unless you are an account holder. If you have an approved account, your payment terms follow the due date noted on your invoice and statement.
